Unfortunately we do NOT offer returns or exchanges at this time. Before proceeding with your purchase we asked that you read carefully, ask any questions or concerns you may have about an item before proceeding to checkout.

All orders are dropped off at the post office on Tuesdays & Fridays (NOT including holidays). Once your package is scanned in you will receive a email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-10 Business days to receive your package. 

Shipping rates are a flat $6.00 shipping with USPS, with Economy please allow 3-10 Business days. 

Absolutely! To avoid shipping fees, we do offer local pickups. We are located in East Orange NJ, it would be our pleasure to offer you this feature in the nearby surrounding area. Please Email us at info@soeleven23.com for scheduling and times.
